One of my favorite spots!! My bestie and I used to meet here at least once a week after work for good food and venting sessions...Lol
Its a small, clean place off high street in Medford (across from the post office) accessible via #101 bus from Malden to Medford Sq, offer dine-in, take-out or delivery. The staff is friendly with great service and delicious food!
I was going to get the usual-- curry puffs, tofu triangles, scallion pancakes, spring roll or massaman curry, but decided to try the lunch special--yellow curry with tofu, vegetables and white rice and. It was fantastic 😋 Even the limeade was good, not sweet just right 👌🏾 I am not sure if they still have the fried ice cream, if so give it a try and thank me later 😉
This little family owned business sets the standard for great service! From quick seating to courteous service to fast order fulfillment, this place rocks! We ordered the curry puffs (vegetable Samosas), drunken pork noodles and cashew chicken curry. The food was delicious and piping hot straight off the stove. The cooking reminded me of home cooked food. We'll definitely be back!
Ordered Drunken noodles with chicken and tofu with extra fried egg with extra spicy. Will order again, but if we have more noodles will be even better. If you like spicy, definitely ask extra spicy for it. My friend ordered pineapple Fried rice with crispy chicken with extra fried egg. The fried egg is good per 2 $ each. Then we ordered Thai iced tea with 4.5 $ each but the menu shows 3.5$ which is not good. Take one star 🌟out because of that.
I ordered through takeout. I used to love this place. Well prepared dishes with fresh vegetables. My issue is that recently the vegetables listed on the menu as included in the dish are not all actually in the dish. Lots of green peppers though! Change the menu to be accurate to what you sell. The first couple of times I thought it was a mistake, now I believe they are cutting corners.
Amazing experience. We decided to come here before a show at the Chevalier and they did not disappoint! Service was quick, kind, and attentive. Our food came very quickly (probably less than ten minutes) although keep in mind there were only two of us and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. The food was delicious - the tofu was crispy and the sticky rice was amazing. My partner got the drunken noodles with the crispy chicken and said the spice was just right and very delicious. The portions were also quite large in our opinion (I got the tofu appetizer for my meal and I was stuffed afterwards with the rice). Overall we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend it, especially for people going to see a show at the Chevalier!
Overall very nice first experience here. We ordered the famous drunken noodles and it definitely did not disappoint! The spice level was perfect and the noodles were on point! We also tried the beef boat noodles and it was great and spicy too. The portion could be abit bigger though, something to improve.
We ordered pineapple fried rice and drunken noodles. U can see that the rice and chicken so much like a mountain. The crispy chicken is not like the usual one eaten before and I like it. Rise was sweet and delicious. Soft boiled egg was well cooked. And the Thai tea was a little sweet to me if u drink a cup. One thing is that Thai tea is 4.5$ but not 3.5 on the menu.
Slow service, very nice people, kind of a mixed result.
pad Thai very starchy and goey. Sticky rice and mango was perfect, tom yum soup spot on but small, hot thai tea simple.
